Shipping terms

  • We will need 7-10 working days to proceed for your order before delivery.
  • Purchase of seed kit and/or accessories more than USD50:
    Free delivery
  • Purchase of seed kit and/or accessories less than USD50:
    Fixed delivery cost USD10
  • Purchase of aspara smart grower:
    Fixed delivery cost USD50
  • All delivery costs are applicable to contiguous United States only; For  Alaska and Hawaii, the delivery charge will be USD300 for aspara smart grower and USD30 for seed kit and accessory.
  • We will not be able to provide delivery service to other non-contiguous United States regions excluding Alaska and Hawaii (Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, and Minor Outlying Islands).

Return policy

  • Once your order is placed, it is immediately sent to our fulfilment center for processing. Orders cannot be cancelled once they are sent to our fulfilment center.
  • We would like you to be satisfied on your purchase, in case you would like to return based on any reason, contact us at shop@aspara.hk before any return.
  • aspara smart grower:
    • In case you do not satisfy about your aspara smart grower, you can send the aspara smart grower to our local collection point within 30 days, no reason is needed. We will refund you after the smart grower is received. Email us at shop@aspara.hk to learn more about the local collection point.
    • If you would seek warranty support after 30 days, please seek help from www.aspara.hk/support.
  • aspara seed kit and accessory:
    • In case you do not satisfy about your seed kit or accessory, you can send the seed kit or accessory to our local collection point within 30 days. We will refund you after the seed kit or accessory is received. Email us at shop@aspara.hk to learn more about the local collection point.
    • We only receive unopened seed kit or accessory for return without reason, please seek support from shop@aspara.hk if you are not satisfied about the product after opened. 
    • For seed kit warranty support, please refer to the seed kit instruction in the seed kit. You can also seek support from www.aspara.hk/support.
